Volt itthon sok nagyon érett
szilva, mag nélkül mérve 500 grammot beletettem a turmixba, adtam hozzá egy nagy evőkanál puha
kókuszzsírt (a kókusztej dobozából), ez kb 50-60 g volt, két
tojássárgáját és 1 kisebb evőkanál
mézet (tulajdonképpen azt hiszem, ez az a mennyiség volt, ami teljesen felesleges...).
hozzákevertem 200 g
mákot (amiben előtte elkevertem egy fél kiskanálnyi GM
sütőport), és óvatosan beleforgattam a felvert
tojásfehérjét.
Muffinformában 180 fokon (előmelegítve) kb 35 perc alatt sütöttem.
Nagy örömömre egyik gyerek se hiányolta belőle a cukrot, pont elég édes volt a sok szilva benne.
